Being alive means that you are breathing. The vital oxygen that each breath brings is the foundation upon which you come to this moment. How you experience the present moment, however, tends to vary based on your mood, thoughts, feelings and life circumstances. This is hopeful and promising news because, while we may often feel that we are stuck and unable to change our life, the breath shows us that there is something we can do to influence and shape our life. 

Using a tool that you already possess, the power is yours to feel better, now. By slowing down your thoughts, relaxing your body and rebalancing your emotions, the breath is a reliable and effective tool to restore balance. It is most accessible -you are already using it- and free to use, without the risk of any side effects.  The healing power of the breath is accessible to us all, and experiencing it for yourself, in guided practice, is the best way to start!
